2002, 30 x 30I chose this pattern to highlight the lovely border fabric. It has tulips of course! The pattern is "Expression of Roses" by Lori Lorentz, Sew Happy Quilting. Even though the pattern is supposed to be roses, I thought they looked enough like tulips that I could get away with it!
